Welcome to the registration page for the Fall 2010 clinics. Please read the following important information then follow these instructions to register.

1. What are the Fall Clinics? 

Each fall, FCYLC sponsors clinics to introduce new players and develop experienced players. The Marymount University college players and coaches run the clinics and provide a fun program with a good ratio of coaches to players. For players considering lacrosse, the fall clinic is a great way to prepare for the spring season and get a taste of the game.

2. Who can participate in the clinics sponsored by Falls Church Youth Lacrosse Club?

There are no league restrictions on clinic participation. Any child from 1st to 8th grade can participate in the fall clinic. If you have a kindergarten child who would like to play give us a call to discuss. We fully support children playing other sports in the fall and realize kids may have conflicts with scheduled games, please attend as many clinics are possible.

3. How are the clinic groups determined? 

We typically follow the league ages for play next spring (2011). For example, a player born in 1999 will play on the U13 team. See the following table to determine which team your child will play on.  

4. When do the clinics start and finish? 

Clinics will run Saturday afternoon's beginning 9/18 and going to 10/39, except for 10/2. This year, we will run the clinics during the Columbus Day weekend. The weekly schedule is shown below:  

• 9/18 - Clinic #1
• 9/25 - Clinic #2
• 10/2 - Off Weekend (Marymount Homecoming)
• 10/9 - Clinic #3 (Columbus Day Weekend)
• 10/16 - Clinic #4
• 10/23 - Clinic #5
• 10/30 - Clinic #6
• 11/6 - Makeup Date

5. Where are clinics and what time do they occur?

Boys @ George Mason High School (7124 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 22043)
    All - 2:00 to 4:00PM
    Note: Flag football is after clinics, so boys can do both!!!

Girls @ Larry Graves Park (300 Hillwood Street Falls Church VA 22046)
    All - 2:00 to 4:00PM

6. Rental Equipment 

As noted in the registration form, the club has a limited amount of equipment to rent. We provide rentals to those families:

• Who are trying the sport for the first time and not yet committed to the sport to buy the equipment, and
• Who are not able to purchase it.

We ask that all other families purchase equipment for your child.

Equipment can be picked up before the first clinic at the field.

7. Each registrant will receive a clinic t-shirt.

Use the following sizing chart to help you decide what size to request.
 

Steps to Register:

1. Click on Begin Registration below.
    
2. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, or do not have one, simply enter your email address and follow the instructions and one will be sent to you.
    
3. Click register next to your child's name. Any information that you provided in previous registrations will already be included. Check to make sure that all fields are filled in.
